ZION stand behind the quality of our footballs. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return: The football must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
It must be returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Used footballs are not eligible for return, even if used once.
Damaged or Defective
If your football arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please include: Your order number. Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. There are no shipping fees added at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and Europe.
Estimated Delivery Times
Street Freestyle Ball - Estimated delivery: 2–3 weeks.
Fireball Estimated - delivery: 4-6 weeks.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, shipping carriers, or factors outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen afterward. Delivery times are not guaranteed. If you experience an issue, contact us and we will assist where possible.
Returns
If you return a product: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may not be refunded or replaced.
